What does career progression look like at Affinidi?
We have a dedicated career path for all roles with a Capability Framework based on our Tenets, which measures both The How and The What in roles. Speak to us to find out more.
Does Affinidi provide visa sponsorship?
We aim to support all our employees and may offer visa sponsorship for certain roles where necessary.
Does Affinidi organise company events?
At Affinidi, personal interaction is core to collaborative work, so even with a dedicated hybrid working model, we encourage in-person connections through hosting weekly sponsored office lunches and popular local celebrations.
How diverse is the team at Affinidi?
Diversity is what fuels innovation at Affinidi. Our Germany team alone brings together talent from over 25 countries, each contributing unique perspectives and ideas.
Is the "unlimited vacation" policy really unlimited?
We believe rest is essential for doing our best work. That's why our time-off policy is designed to feel unlimited. Each country has a minimum annual leave: 20 days for Singapore and India, and additional 5 more for Europe.
Will I have opportunities to work from other Affinidi offices?
We support regular visits to other offices, and as part of our Awards & Appreciation Programme, every team member who has been with us for three years gets to spend at least one week working from our other Affinidi locations.
Is there an individual learning or development budget available?
Yes, we have a Learning Policy and an Individual Learning Budget of USD 750 per person that can grow up to USD 2000 per year for special learning effects. Part of this budget can be conference visits, onsite and online trainings, language courses and many more.
